Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the SmartMail service offered by VMA Services LLC. By creating an account or approving an order, you agree to these Terms. If you use SmartMail for a business, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for that business.
Your campaigns and approvals
You choose the recipient addresses, artwork, return address, mail format, response settings, and final campaign. SmartMail sends only the addresses shown in the list you approve. You are responsible for checking the final proof, recipient list, campaign total, and the accuracy and legality of your content before approval.
Acceptable use
You may use SmartMail only for lawful direct mail. You must have the right to use uploaded text, images, logos, contact information, and recipient data. You may not send deceptive, infringing, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, or illegal material; impersonate another person or business; route responses to a number you do not control; evade suppression or mailing rules; probe another customer’s data; or interfere with the service. Public property records do not authorize calls or texts.
Prices, payments, and fulfillment
The price displayed in the final approval step is the customer price for that exact campaign configuration. Payments are processed by Stripe. A saved design, proof, or QR preview does not place an order. An order begins only after your explicit approval and successful payment confirmation. PostGrid and postal carriers perform printing, mailing, and delivery; delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Contact euripe10@gmail.com promptly about an order problem. Once a mailing has been accepted for production, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any refund or correction depends on order status, provider rules, and applicable law.
Property information and recommendations
Property records and scores help organize potential recipients but may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. A score is not a promise of ownership, purchase intent, project need, response, or business results. You must review the exact addresses and make your own marketing decisions.
Account security and service availability
Keep access to your Google account or email inbox secure and notify us of suspected misuse. We may suspend access that threatens customers, providers, or the service. SmartMail may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or campaign results, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected SmartMail order.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as SmartMail changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to euripe10@gmail.com.
